Following our previous announcement regarding the death of our director Jim Schofield on 10th February 2024, his family would like to announce that his funeral will be held at 2:30pm on Wednesday 13th March 2024 at York Minster.

We would like to thank everyone for your kind messages of condolence and your support at this time.

It is with great sadness that we at Schofield Contracting Ltd announce the death of our founder, director, and friend, Jim Schofield.

Jim passed away unexpectedly on 10th February 2024, coming as a terrible shock for his family and all at Schofield’s.

We are heartbroken to have lost not only our director and great friend, but also the cornerstone of the company. Jim founded Schofield Contracting Ltd in 1995, and it has been through his determination, dedication, and striving for excellence that the company has grown into the success it is today. He will be sadly missed by all.

We would like to thank you all for your messages of condolence and for your continued support as we move forward at this difficult time.
